  • Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.

Delivery Time (Estimated)

  • Europe: 10–15 business days

  • North America: 10–18 business days

  • Asia-Pacific: 7–12 business days

Duties & Taxes (Important Notice)

  • All orders are shipped on a DDP(Delivered Duty Paid) basis.

  • This means that import duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees are included in the product price or shipping fee.

Wrong Address Disclaimer

It is the responsibility of the buyer to make sure that the shipping address entered is correct. We cannot change the address once the package has been shipped.
